HOW TO USE Adults:

10 drops (0.6 mL) diluted in half a glass of water or sublingually, 3 times a day. Children: Ingest 5 drops (0.3 mL) diluted in half a glass of water or sublingually, 3 times a day. Individual use of the dropper is recommended.
